For those students participating in high school athletics:
Due to the reduction in the district athletic budget, it has become necessary to charge a participation for those students wishing to participate in high school athletics.  This fee allows us to maintain the scope of programs we provide, allowing students to have a wide variety of opportunities for involvement in activities beyond the school day. The participation fee per sport is $220 with a family cap  in one school year of $880. However, if you qualify for reduced lunch the fee is $50 with the family cap of $100 and if you qualify for free lunch the fee is $25 with the family cap of $50.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware as well that the fee does not guarantee playing time, only the opportunity to be on the team if selected.
